Want quick revs in your AE86 without braking the budget? This flywheel is for you. An aluminum flywheel is the easiest and most ecomomical way to increase the 86’s performance. Average aluminum flywheel weight is 55% less than the factory steel flywheel. This weight difference allows a vehicle’s engine to use much more of its available horse power. 212mm for late model 4AGE’s (AE111, AE101, and Redtop) Corolla AE82, AE92 early, AE86 and MR2-1 early models, all with 200mm clutches can use this Flywheel as an upgrade, the appropriate 212mm clutch will also be required, please contact us if you need assistance. Fidanza Aluminum Flywheels are made from the highest quality 6061 T6 aluminum. The material is fantastic for strength, heat dissipation and of course reduction in weight. The friction surface used is an incredibly strong 1045 steel. The flywheel friction plates are milled to meet extremely high specifications. A Fidanza aluminum flywheel can mate with any type of clutch material, including organic, kevlar, ceramic, metallic and sintered iron. The replaceable friction surface is attached with military grade aerospace fasteners. With these replaceable friction plates there is no need to replace the entire flywheel when the clutch or flywheel is at the end of it’s life, saving time and money. The ring gears used are also made from 1050 steel and are heat treated for durability. The flywheel ring gears are heated then pressed on and secured with grade 8 button screws. Fidanza was the first to utilize a stepped dowel system in most of our flywheel applications. This doweling method ensures that once the pressure plate is installed the dowels cannot be removed because they become locked into place. No chromemoly can compete with the awesome serviceablity, strength and superior design of Fidanza’s aluminum flywheels. If there was a better material out there, we would be using it.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to cancel your order then no questions asked, you should call or email us as soon as possible after ordering. However, if your order has already been printed or collected by the courier for dispatch or sent by post, unfortunately we CANNOT provide a refund for your order. If your order is still processing, we will send you a refund for the amount you paid, less a £2.50 administration fee. We do not provide refunds for sashes that have been received unless there is a fault or an error has been made by Party Sashes.com. In this instance, we will happily re-print your sash/sashes or provide a refund for the faulty ones. Any discrepancies must be reported with and dealt with within 48hrs of receiving your sashes. Unfortunately we cannot rectify any reported errors after this time.

If you are unhappy with the products you have received, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Delivery charges are not included in any refund unless otherwise agreed with Party Sashes. Unfortunately requests for refunds/returns after 7 days after delivery or for used products will not be considered.

Please note that our printed sashes are NOT suitable for machine washing.

All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of receiving your order.

On rare occassions where the 24-48 hour weekday dispatch timescale is not possibe we will always try to contact you using your email supplied or telephone number supplied.

Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail first class service. Although their aim is next day delivery it is not guaranteed. Royal Mail state delivery may take up to 5 working days. This is a signed for service, so please enter a delivery address where the goods can be signed as delivered.

If you require a guaranteed delivery date we advise using our premium next day or Saturday Special service.
