Odara Crunchy white Garri is made from fermented and well dried cassava flour. It is a commonly consumed food in West African country. It can be enjoyed as an appetizer by soaking in water with peanut and sweetener, or made into “Eba” and enjoyed with a delicious soup for swallow.
