Kulikuli (peanut cookie) is a crunchy, yummy and delicious snack that originated from western Africa. It is made from groundnut/peanut. Khen-Afrik Kulikuli is naturally made from dried, roasted peanuts. It is then grounded into a semi-paste under hygienic condition, mixed with selected spices and deep-fried until it hardens. It is a nutritious snack, rich in protein and some minirals e.g magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.
