Garri ijebu is a very smooth and fluffy Garri. Usually added to boiling water to make a Nigerian swallow called Eba.It is easily digestible, also it can be eaten by mixing Lebu together with cooked beans.It is specific variety of Garri that is characterized by its finer texture compared to regular Garri.
